At Lalipop Design, we aim to ship your order within 2 working days.
Once it’s out the door, delivery takes:

• EU, UK, US: 2–4 days ✨

• AU & Rest of World: 4–7 days 🌍

Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

Shipping Rates:

• US: $25 per order — free for orders over $400
• UK: £25 per order — free for orders over £400
  
• EU: €25 per order — free for orders over €400
  
• UA: $30 per order — free for orders over $450 (All prices are in USD)

• Rest of World: $35 per order — free for orders over $500

🌍 International Orders (Outside US, UK, EU & AU)

For customers outside the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia, the price you pay at checkout does not include local import duties or sales taxes.
Additional charges may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

Note: We don’t ship to P.O. boxes. If you enter one, we’ll reach out for a different address—this may delay shipping.

No worries — we’ve got you!
Just email us at [email protected] and we’ll send you a return label.

To keep things fair and simple, Lalipop Design shares return shipping costs with you. A small return fee will be deducted from your refund based on your location:

US: $15
UK: £15
EU: €15

UA: $20 (All prices are in USD)
Rest of the World: $25

We’re happy to refund every penny we actually receive — but we can’t return costs already paid for delivery or customs. Thanks so much for understanding!

✨Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds. 

We are happy to accommodate exchanges whenever possible. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, reshipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges associated with exchanges. 

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, and another 7 days to send it back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and seals intact.

📬 EU customers have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return.

Want a different size or color? We’ve got you!
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and your preferred new size or color.

Exchanges are available for the same item only and are subject to product availability. All items must be unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, reshipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges associated with exchanges.

🚫Duties, taxes, customs charges, and shipping fees paid on the original shipment are non-refundable. Thanks so much for understanding!
