We hope you love everything you order! But if something isn’t quite right, our return policy makes sending it back simple and stress-free.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. After that, unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges.

Customs, Duties & DDP (for US, UK & EU)

We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the US, UK, and EU. That means:

• No surprise fees at checkout — duties and taxes are included
• No extra charges at delivery
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout but are non-refundable

For other countries, duties and taxes may apply at delivery and are your responsibility.

EU Customer Rights (ICACRs)

If you’re in the EU, under the ICACRs, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Just:

• Notify us by email within 14 days
• Ensure the item is unused and in original condition
• Cover the return shipping

US & UK Returns

Same return window: 14 days from delivery.
Duties, taxes, and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, undamaged, with tags/seals attached
• Shoes must be returned in original boxes (tried only on carpet)
• Include the return note inside the package

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

We may issue a partial refund if:

• The item is damaged or not returned in original condition
• The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

If approved, refunds go to your original payment method within a few business days.

Sale Items

Only full-price items are refundable.
Sale items = final sale.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We’ve got you!
Just email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the new size or color you need.
Exchanges are available for the same item only, and all items must be unwashed, unworn, and have original tags attached.
🔔 Please note: shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

Gift Returns

Refunds go to the original form of payment.

How to Return

1. Email us at [email protected] with your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your return address.

2. We'll reply with clear return instructions and the return address.

3. Repackage the item securely and send it back as directed.

To keep things fair and simple, Lalipop Design shares return shipping costs with you. We’ll deduct a small return fee from your refund, based on your location:

USA: $10

UK: £10

EU:€10

Rest of the World: $15

🔔 Please note: Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We’re happy to refund every penny we actually  receive — but we can’t return what we’ve already paid for delivery or customs. Thanks so much for understanding!

📬 EU customers have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days under ICACRs. Refunds are

processed within 14 days after we receive your return.
