FREE Returns & Exchanges

If you do wish to return or exchange your item, you can do within 14 days of receiving your order. The item will need to be returned in its original (unworn/unused) condition with tags attached.

Simply contact us and we will email you the necessary documents for you to print for the free return/exchange. Then you can drop off the item and the documents at the nearest FedEx office. 

Please ensure to enclose your original invoice as proof of purchase, any item(s) returned without proof of purchase will be refused.

Any packages sent using a non-tracked service are sent at your own risk and will not be covered by us.

Please note: 

    - We cannot accept any exchanges or returns for special production(specially made to your size)  items. 

    - We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged shipments by FedEx. It is best to document your package before you sent it back to us.

    - All correctly returned items will be credited as a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Similarly, any customs duties charges paid to receive your order are also non-refundable.
